Return Criteria

If you are unsatisfied with the product you received, you can return it within 30 business days after receipt without any reason. To return a product, please read the following return criteria carefully.

Products in good condition: Returned products must be in their original, undamaged condition with no scratches, wear and tear, breakage, peeling, or other forms of damage.

Complete with accessories: All product accessories, including but not limited to boxes, manuals, etc., should be returned with the product.

Original Packaging: If possible, keep the original packaging, which protects the item from damage during shipping.

Proof of purchase: such as an invoice or e-order. This will help us process your return request faster.

Please contact our customer service before returning an item, and we will provide you with detailed return guidelines and assistance.

Note: All returns must require prior communication to be processed.

Return Guidelines

Please get in touch with us to confirm the return process if you need a return. If the product quality is faulty or damaged, you need to provide video or picture proof. We will refund you after confirmation and bear the related shipping cost.

You must bear the return cost if you need to return the product for personal reasons (such as order errors, etc.). But rest assured, you won't have to pay product re-listing and handling fees.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 30 minutes of placing your order. After 30 minutes, the order cannot be canceled as the package has finished packing and cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile. You must follow our return process if your order has already been shipped.

Refund Processing

For products that have been returned, we will refund your payment account within 1-2 business days after checking and confirming that there is no error. The exact time depends on your payment method. If you have not received your refund after the time limit, please get in touch with us immediately!

Please note that shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
